Refund Policy
* Hotel: Stayz Inn
* Guest: Any individual or entity that makes a reservation for accommodation at the Hote
* Reservation: A confirmed booking of a room at the Hotel.
* Stay: The period of time a Guest occupies a room at the Hotel.
2. Reservations
* Reservations can be made through [Booking Channels, e.g., website, phone, email].
* The Hotel reserves the right to request prepayment or additional security deposit.
* The Guest agrees to provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
* Check-in time is 12pm and check-out time is 11am.
* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
* The Guest must present a original valid photo ID upon check-in.
4. Payment
* Payment for the reservation is due upon check-in.
* Accepted methods of payment include Cash, Debit Card, Credit card, Payment Links, Payment gateway and UPI Payments
* The Hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees for incidentals, such as room service, laundry, or phone calls
Refund /Cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation: Stayz Inn hotels offer free cancellation up to a 24hrs before checkin time
Non-Refundable: Stayz Inn hotels may charge full amount on bookings if cancelled based on the special days even if cancelled before 24hours and same will be mentioned during bookings.
Approved Refund under the refund policy will be credited with in 7 business working days to the original payment method.
*Cancellation Fees:
1. Cancelled before 24hours – full refund
2. Cancellation on special days – no refund
3. Cancellation before 12 hours of checkin – 50% refund
4. Cancellation beyond 12hres before checkin – No refun
